- 500g Premi-Yum Chicken Mince
- 1 Carrot, grated
- 80g Sweet potato, diced
- 1 cup of brown rice
- 2 cups water
- Mix all ingredients into a large saucepan on medium heat and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Cool completely before serving.
TIP - Multiply ingredients by 4 and cook in bulk. Freeze individual serves for convenience.
